LOGISTICS TEAM IS CURRENTLY SEEKING FOR:
Own and curate the fulfillment operations processes and collaborate with local operating partners to drive, define, implement, and support LeafLink’s fulfillment solutions and technology in order to enable an amazing delivery experience for our marketplace customers.
Responsible for generating new business opportunities to fuel sales growth for LeafLink Logistics. You will be setting up & pitching demos, and communicating LeafLink Logistics’ various product and service offerings.
Manage the day-to-day transportation routing operations to ensure a great pickup and delivery experience including but not limited to: route planning, route changes, and troubleshooting
Review and define enhancements to our partners warehousing operations; including, cross-docking, receiving, putaway, inventory management, fulfillment and shipping. 5+ years experience in managing multiple operational processes in a warehouse, distribution or fulfillment center required.
This individual will provide a white-glove customer support experience for LeafLink’s largest marketplace and logistics clients. In addition, this individual will be a central liaison between our brands, retailers and delivery partners. 4+ years of experience in client-facing support and growth positions required.
This role is the front-lines for the LeafLink Logistics team, supporting drivers in real-time. This individual will thrive off a fast-paced environment, ensuring an amazing delivery experience for LeafLink’s marketplace clients.
The role will be responsible to assist and facilitate development of Logistics programs and day to day management of projects to support operational efficiencies. You will be in direct liaison with Logistics & operational teams both within the company and outside vendors. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Project Management within Transportation, Warehouse or Supply Chain required.
The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, system processes, and problem resolution. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
