Is Logistics supposed to be extremely stressful? Panic attacks are normal right?

I work in operations/logistics in the USA and do a lot of researching, communication, customer service, outbound/inbound , inventory control, schedule ocean/air shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, track down shipments, deal with our purchasing team for buying unnecessary product which clogs our warehouse (no space whatsoever) , and handle lots and lots of emails and have to keep tabs on my workers since i'm a supervisor.

Also, let me add some spice to it.. I have to deal with our European and China team which triples the workload and stress. I feel like I signed up my whole life to do this job and have no work-life balance. The pay is mediocre and with all the overtime I accumulate (60 hours ~estimated) . It averages to a middle class wage. It's decent pay and beats my other jobs I held in the past since the hours making up for the fat paycheck. I'm slowly getting burnt out and noticed panic attacks, irritability, and conflicts with my incompetent manager. Perks is I have nobody breathing down my neck. The cons is the workload and the mental side of it. Jokingly, the military was less stressful than logistics. Maybe i'm just pissed that we're overworked and short staffed because no one wants to work during covid and unemployment was a better wage to live off of.

Is Logistics supposed to be extremely stressful? Panic attacks are normal right?
