Looking for DG logistics advice as I am having a nightmare trying to figure out how to ship individual packages of 50ml Perfume bottles out of Hong Kong. It is e-commerce with not more then singe 50 ml bottle per package. Right now my situation with negotiations with FedEx is frozen on them imposing a DG surcharge which equals to the price of my product (about 1500 HKD each). Obviously this renders my offering as way to expensive for online shopping, which is plain strange as I am frequently buying perfumes online myself and there is no DG marking whatsoever on any of the packages and no nonsense delivery charges (these are also always shipped with FedEx). Does anyone know if that's Hong Kong FedEx playing mind games with me or may there be another reason?
