Hi guys, hope u can help me with this. Im going to have an interview with a ecommerce company (A) where they are sharing a warehouse and packers with a supermarket (B). Packers B are more traditional but they would have to work under the new way of doing things with the ecommerce company. The new company(A)will be hiring their own packers soon as well. I was asked how would i manage relations between the B packers and the A packers since their style of work might differ and that the supermarket packers style of work might be outdated? And how do i convince the B workers to slowly transit into the more modern way of working (in a ecommerce environment)?
