Reliable Freight Forwarders out of EU - Strong communication needed

Hi all,

I have been growing tried of my freight forwarders in Europe. I have been through 4 of them recently and I cannot find one that is reliable with communication at all. My lanes are 95% from South-Eastern China to Rotterdam and about 5% from Mundra, India to Rotterdam.

My process is the following: 1. Request quote (currently requesting 3-4 weeks in advance) 2. Receive quote (within a day or two max) 3. Choose forwarder to move the freight 4. Expect sailing information within 2-3 weeks, or at least updates based on what is going on with the shipment. 5. Once shipped, updated on if the container was effected by GRI or not 6. Updated on delays through the shipping process up until it arrives at my 3PL warehouse.

I truly don't think this is a complicated process that I am requesting. However I still haven't heard a single word from my current forwarder on multiple shipments where I have approved for them to ship back on July 5th... It is growing tired and I just need reliable forwarders that actually know how to communicate well.

I am located in Canada so I don't know the "go-tos" in Europe for which one to go to. Does any one know any forwarders in EU that I can actually reliably use?
