I have some electronic components with Harmonized System (HS) code 8526.91.0020 that I am trying to get to my PCB assembly house in China so that they can assemble PCBs there that will be shipped back to and sold in the US.
Going through the process of setting up an international shipment on Fedex's website (I think it's basically the same on DHL's), I have to to put in an HS code, and different codes put in result in different calculated "Estimated Duties, Taxes, and Fees".
It seems to be that I shouldn't have to pay duties on these components since they're just going to be sent back. Is that the case? Is there an HS code I can use to avoid these duties/tariffs? Thanks!
