Hi guys. Newbies in logistic here. Been running a small-size last mile delivery business (5 mini trucks & 2 motorcycles) for nearly 3 years. Hope you guys could help me here. How much does the % of profit count from the total revenue? How much the total operating cost and other expenses counted from the total sales/revenue of the services and how you guys calculated them if you could show me?
One more. I’ve been collecting and delivering parcels from multiple company (subcon for delivering) and always facing the problem in the management of records, track & trace and etc. as they were done manually (just writing down & excel). So could you guys suggest some idea or any software (free & if not free quite affordable) which i can use in my business.
