Have a quick question about a truck we have crossing the US/Mexico border. Someone at our plant said it can't cross on Sundays due to a document "Pedimento Clave A1". Is that true?

Good afternoon, we have a bi-weekly truck from our plant in Mexico to our location in the US. We have a driver go down to pick up the trailer on Saturdays. Today the transport department at our factory said the truck was delayed a day (generally it is picked up on Saturday. He also said the below.

We are sending in this shipment c**** printed tapes that are documented with a type of "Pedimento Clave A1" (mexican official export document) that cannot cross the border on Sundays, so I think the truck will be crossing the border until Monday.

I am a bit confused if this is accurate since I can't find anything when googling that document or why they would not be able to cross on Sundays. Can anyone confirm this so I can let my US driver know when this truck will be crossing?
