I have an issue and would like your insight.
We have a team of drivers (NY area) who were used to paid daily rates so they usually finished their tasks as soon as possible and were returning to the company very early, then due to union negotiations they changed to hourly rate and now they come as late as possible and even plan to arrive back at the company in groups in order to delay as much as possible the reception of their cars and so on.
Technically they are not doing anything wrong (are they?) but I have caught a few of them driving in the highway in the right lane going as slow as possible, I would have no issue with this but we've come from leaving the office at 5-6 pm to leaving 9-11 pm due to this issue.
Has any of you dealt with a similar situation?
