I'm working in the logistics branch and my company delivers forwarding solutions across the world. We are one of the biggest company's in the market, yet I only make a little above minimum wage. I'm a skilled worker, learned the job in the same company but it feels like we are left to rot. We have a lot more work due to covid, still managed to raise (and increase profit (our numbers are outstanding) and even though we only received a pack of noodles with sauce. No bonus, no nothing. We literally received noodles as a bonus. Can't make that shit up. I'm leaving this branch asap.
