I ordered some items from a proxy service website probably a month ago. I had it consolidated into one package.
The cheapest shipping method was DHL. I didnt know any better, and FedEx was up like $60 and DHL was $30, so I said fuck it why not and chose DHL. What could go wrong? Fucking everything.
This company is a joke. The first excuse they give for not delivering the package was traffic. Ok, that’s fine, I’m not the person who gets pissed off immediately from stuff like that. However it goes on. The second excuse they say “We need more additional information due to some missing components in your address” WHAT? Why didnt you fucking email me earlier about it being a problem? It’s an apartment address, its not that hard to deliver a single package. The THIRD attempt was yesterday, and God knows why they couldnt deliver it. It was unknown and DHL wont tell me why it couldn’t be delivered.
TODAY i was noticed that the deliverer attempted to give the package but no one was home. I WAS WAITING IN MY LIVING ROOM ALL MORNING FOR THEM TO ARRIVE. Work starts in the later afternoon so I had the time to wait. Just called them immediately after I got the notification. The guy said he will send another second request to have it delivered today.
I will fucking explode if they cant deliver it today. It was hard enough to keep myself from yelling at the guy on the phone line out of frustration. He was a nice dude and I know it isnt his fault, its the lazy ass dickwad who doesnt know how to deliver correctly.
I should have put in more research before doing business with these fuckers.

I will update when I get my package. I might as well schedule a pickup at this point.
