We have been having severe discrepancy on our inbound forecast and we are hoping to understand what's driving them. Our supply chain analyst team forecasted around 100, 000 something units to be received from the factory to our warehouse for the month of April. The monthly forecast was generated on April 5. However the actuals were only 10, 000 units.
I am a Filipino and English is not my native language. My company is based in the US and we are having this issue with our Canada warehouse. My American director said this and was probably waiting for my opinion.
