Hello. I recently got accepted to a Truck Driving School. I have been wanting to be a trucker for a long time and I finally got a grant from my state to attend truck driving school. The only problem is the school is 45 miles one way and for two weeks 12 hours a day 6 days a week. The only problem is I am broke. I got my schooling paid for but my traveling expenses and food are not. I asked the Grant lady and all she could give me is a $10 gift certificate for gas. If I could get maybe $150 or $200 for food and gas I think I’d be set. I came on here to ask if anyone could help me. Any little bit will help. I hate to ask but my family has disowned me due to my sexual orientation and all I have is my grandma and she just doesn’t have it. (She got extremely in debt with cars and loans and barely gets by.) I also tried every loan place around but I have the credit of a guinea pig. I have cashapp if anyone can help. Again, I’m sorry to ask on here but I have nowhere else to ask. Thank you.
